Pro Design Studio – Website Terms & Conditions

Effective: May 2025

1. About Us

This website is operated by Pro Design Studio. We are a UK-based provider of design, print, and signage services, working with both commercial and individual clients.

2. Purpose of This Website

The content on this site is provided for information and marketing purposes only. You may use the website to learn more about our services and get in touch with us to request a quote or consultation. We do not sell products or services directly through the site.

3. Custom Work and Quotes

Our services are typically bespoke and tailored to each client’s needs. This includes signage, printed materials, and vehicle graphics. When requesting a quote, please provide accurate specifications and any deadlines. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Once a project is agreed, you will receive separate terms of engagement including timelines, costs, artwork approval, and delivery information.

4. Ownership of Designs and Content

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Any original artwork or designs created by Pro Design Studio remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

• We reserve the right to showcase completed work (excluding confidential projects) in our portfolio or marketing unless you specifically request otherwise.

5. Approvals and Proofing

It is your responsibility to carefully review and approve all artwork proofs before production begins. We cannot accept liability for errors once a proof has been signed off or approved via email.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Because our work is custom-made, we cannot offer refunds once production has started unless the product is faulty or does not match the approved specification. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible — cancellation may incur charges for work already completed.

7. Website Content and Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure the information on our website is accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it. We may update or change the content at any time without notice.

8. Links to Other Sites

Our website may include links to third-party websites. These are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. If you submit an enquiry, your personal data will be used solely to respond to you, in line with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
