Our professional wide format printing service is perfect for photographers and artists. We can print on a wide range of media and create an exact replication of your artwork. Since we print on-site, we can create any size print from any size piece. If you’re not completely convinced that your art would get the justice it deserves, we’re happy to produce a test print before payment, as we guarantee that our work is nothing but excellent! We treat each image as if it were the only image, preparing and inspecting each one for print individually. Custom ICC profiles made for all our printers help maintain uniform results from 6×4″ up to A0 size. For high value work to the highest archival standard, we favour the Hahnemühle brand of paper, as it has proven itself to perform consistently and predictably. Choice of paper for artistic purposes can be subjective, so we are pleased to also offer options for the lower budget projects. Prices stated are for relative guidance, discounts available for multiple print runs, calculated on request.
Hahnemühle Photo Luster 260gsm is a classic photo paper with a resin-coated substrate material and a microporous coating specifically designed for photo applications. This bright white photo inkjet paper has a smooth surface with a lustre finish. It offers excellent print quality, making it ideal for photos, poster prints, and photo books. It is well-suited for daily use and has been the main paper stock at The Studio for a long time. It boasts 100% sharpness and color gamut, along with good fingerprint resistance. Prices are as follows: £7 for A4 size, £1.90 per linear inch for 12/17″ width, and £2.40 per linear inch for 24″ width.
has a beautifully subtle satin surface, partnered with a bright white base suited to all genres of photography, from family portraits to holiday snapshots. Prints are sharp and vibrant and have a high-quality look and feel. This resin coated paper is finished with an instant dry, UV protective microporous supercoat for a high degree of water and fade resistance.

Hahnemühle FineArt Baryta 325gsm is a bright white, cellulose-based FineArt paper with a coating specially tailored for FineArt use. The clearly visible, exquisite felt structure lends the paper its lovely soft feel and tactile surface texture to produce prints with a stunning three-dimensional quality and depth. The premium coating guarantees outstanding print results with perfect reproduction of colour and detail, deep blacks and striking contrasts. The barium sulphate within the coating gives FineArt Baryta the feel of a traditional analogue baryta paper. Titanium Gloss 300gsm is a high-gloss paper with a unique metallic base. It has a silvery undertone that gives life to images where subjects contain metal, water, and reflective surfaces, making them sparkle under the light. This award-winning digital photo paper is the ideal creative choice to make your work stand out and have high impact. The gloss surface is not overpowering, instead adding a luxurious finish, whilst colours almost glow thanks to the light reflective base. Museum Heritage 310gsm is a fine art paper with a textured surface and mid-white base. Hahnemühle Studio Enhanced 210gsm is a single-sided matt paper with a bright white shade and a smooth surface texture, made from 100% alpha cellulose. The matt inkjet coating guarantees brilliant colours and a sharp resolution. Although it has the cachet of being Hahnemühle branded, its archival qualities have not been certified at this price point, but is a good choice for exhibition display prints.

As beautiful as the matt papers are, sometimes your project’s bright colours and designs require a high gloss print to make it stand out. Our newest printers can apply a clear topcoat to shiny papers to minimise bronzing and gloss differential issues. We stock glossy poster/photographic papers in various weights from 190-271gsm.

Ilford GALERIE Heavyweight Duo Matt is a double-sided paper with a smooth bright white finish. The 310gsm product is a true heavyweight and with 99.9% opacity it is perfect for professional quality photo albums, portfolios and display prints. Also available in a thinner 176gsm.

Matt Proofing 160gsm is the 2nd lightest paper in our stock and a very cost-effective option. It has a smooth matt surface and is designed with image proofing in mind, ideal for producing test prints and contact sheets without wasting higher cost materials. Although designed for proofing requirements, it still achieves excellent quality, producing strong colours and blacks, but best used for graphics that don’t rely on 100% ink coverage. Artworks brought in for reproduction are typically printed on this media, at no charge, to check the quality of the scan at 1:1 scale.

Matt Plus 240 is a midweight alpha cellulose paper with a smooth matt surface. Create vibrant, impactful prints with the sumptuous matt surface that gives depth to images with no distracting glare or textures. Prints on this paper have incredible sharp details and rich colours, whilst the impressive tonal range makes this paper just as desirable for monochrome work. It has a clean white base tint that delivers accurate prints, making it a fantastic choice for digital artwork reproductions, photographic wall art, and marketing materials that will look fantastic for years to come. An excellent choice for open editioned prints where surface texture is unnecessary.

Matt Vinyl 240 is a tear proof matt film/paper that provides outstanding light diffusion and is water resistant making it suitable for outdoor signage. It has an exceptionally wide colour gamut with no cockling. Ideal for exhibition display graphics, retail, point of sale and lightbox banners.
